The Jamaican Bodles Globe, which, as the name suggests, is globe-shaped.
The main characteristics are thickness of flesh, a flesh colour that is excellent, a very good culinary quality, and uniformity of shape.
The uniformity of the pumpkin’s globe shape facilitates relatively easy packaging, particularly for export.
LONG SHELF LIFE due to it being a very dry pumpkin.
VERY HIGH YIELDING – 20 tonnes per hectare (18,000 pounds per acre), compared to 9 to 18 tonnes per hectare for other varieties of pumpkin.
Depending on your planting distance it can take between 1,600 to 2,800 seedlings per acre.
AVAILABLE IN THREE (3) VARIETIES
1. Dark green-skin
2. Speckled skin
3. Bottleneck Hybrid
NOTE: Once you place your order the seedlings will be ready for pick up or delivery within thirty (30) days.
